When we were ready to put in an offer, they stated their recommendation and listened to our thoughts. Once the offer was accepted, they answered all of our questions quickly and assisted us with prepping for the next steps. We had a handful of items we wanted to be fixed after the inspection and both of them worked quickly to make sure those items were correctly worded when asking the sellers.
